The place was fairly clean, I booked the single room with garden views, everything was great! There were exceptionally comfortable beds and iron and ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk inside the room. The location of the hotel was brilliant - within walking distance of King's Cross. The very quiet area was good for one night.

The kids felt right at home thanks to the warm hospitality of Eric and Lesley. They even served waffles with Nutella for breakfast, made my children beam with joy. The house itself is fine and situated conveniently on a bus route to town.
My kids wished for a bath instead of just a shower.

Charming Stay with Good Hosts
The hosts were cute, providing assistance with directions and ensuring my comfort throughout. Breakfast was delicious, with choices that perfectly set me up for the day. I do wish the shower had a bit more pressure for a better experience.

The warm hospitality from Eric and Leslie.
A more powerful shower would have been appreciated.

missingWrote a review on 01 Augspacious family roomvaried breakfast optionsweak shower
The Family Room provides ample space for four people. Breakfast options offer a hearty start, with a variety of choices that cater to different tastes.
The shower pressure disappoints, especially for larger families trying to get ready simultaneously. A personal preference leans towards having a bath option, but all rooms feature showers only, which might feel limiting for some guests. The basement room can feel a bit cramped if you need to accommodate more than two folks around the shower schedule.
